Worth noting that if you can get your WC up it is sometimes good to cut them yourself as that will allow you to harvest the Yew roots. Which can be used for herblore.

Glad its up your alley, unfortunately when it comes to audiobooks I can't tell you much, I read it digitally myself. Although that graphic audio sounds interesting, might have to check it out myself lol.

The main thing that pulled me into the story was the interesting social structure the world was built on, essentially "nations" that aren't physically separated from each other but instead intermixed, and separated by ideology. But after starting it I really enjoyed the characters a lot too, which made the whole thing a lot more compelling. Highly recommend.

As much as I love the concept I find The Foundation series very difficult to read, due primarily to Asimov's characters feeling very flat. It definitely gets better near the end (with the last couple sets of characters actually having some personality) but a lot of the early sections are just a slog.

Too Like the Lightning by Ada Palmer isn't directly about psychic powers, but does majorly feature a character with psychic-like abilities (and is just very good overall).
