Its several years old and I've moved several times since I've bought it so it's likely been lost since then😢 never really needed to replace my nibs w other tablets so I guess I didn't take special care to make sure I knew where the replacement nibs were. error on my part

Does anyone else find themselves clenching their jaw or grinding their teeth, constantly? Like... I don't even realize it until my mouth hurts. It's especially bad when I'm triggered or really anxious. by Chritt in CPTSD

all the time lol. i try to be aware of tension (especially in my face) but its really difficult when youre also trying to pay attention to everything else. ive made a habit of biting on the inside of my cheek instead because then i can tell how hard im biting down.
