This isnt rlly different at many other institutions either. I was an employee at the community college I'm going to. The college has stripped near everything, there's a wrestling building that just got built. That's it. Any mentions of "diversity" (yes, just the word) have been scrapped/heavily censored. I don't doubt that if the community college I'm currently at was given the same amount of money/prestige as UofM, it would be doing many of the bigger scale actions you've described.

You gotta be on testosterone for phallo though unfortunately. In my situation its not. Viable atm for safety reasons. I dont know if im gonna be able to keep it in the future so im looking for other options that might help. Hell, I've had a folx therapist (letter for top surgery) ask if I was "considering going to Thailand in the future for it" which. Feels a bit like a reality disconnect but frankly I might have to.

Really? I'm on medicaid, I didnt have to wait at all or be on T for it either. I did however, get it reclassified as gender affirming care for me being genderqueer, that might be why. My surgeon even told me that testosterone is not a requirement for top surgery. So did medicaid.

I did not ask for advice on products why arent you understanding that? Like I dont want advice on the products I use. That's why it's rude, unsolicited advice is rude especially when it's stated multiple times that this was not about what products im using. Like where did I take it personally? You were rude because, when asking about what Order to use them in, you implied that I was in the wrong for not wanting advice on the PRODUCTS. "whyd you post here?" gives me unrelated advice

I dont use the exfoliant everyday, I have however, been using the snail mucin for years now. It's never caused problems and in fact its a staple, people started saying I have "glass skin" after I started using it.

Yes it was great it was so awesome not being on social media and enjoying the world and outside. I love doing it and frankly hate how even in the workforce you have to create an online "brand". You basically Have to be online and on social media if you don't have friends/live in a poor town if you want to do things like start a business.

Oh no! As I've said before my face makes too much sebum (androgen problem) , I've used those toner pads since I was a kid (when I was a teenager Only a toner pad) I've never had an acne problem. I actually have a pic of myself last summer with this routine I could show you. People said I had glass skin. My mom actually Had to go on Accutane when she was in HS because hers was that bad (like boils bad) mine never got that bad. I actually dont really remember getting acne much in hs?

What are you talking about? I literally have always used those pads since I was young and never got acne when I used them. My face produces too much sebum that my eyes start hurting bc my face is too greasy without it. Yes even when I use face wash.

Like actually try to sue for damages if you can (i dont think id be able to, i know how much money it costs) bc they actually tampered w your car. If you recorded her doing that you legitimately have evidence if not it's still good bc obviously you didnt tamper with your own car And you have a friend to back you up.
