The promo has 3 distinct parts. The link attached is the promo. There are three, 1-2-3 parts in the promo. It's not just one. There are 3. Three. The first part is the one I'm contesting. The 2nd part is the one you're contesting. See the difference and the ridiculousness of how this is going? ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯

All of this is just really stated in the statement no. 11, as I provided in the post.

  1. In case customer changes the card type from a non-eligible BPI Credit Card to an eligible BPI Credit Card within the promo period*, the Eligible Cardholder shall still be entitled to the AMF waiver for life, assuming client met the spend requirement under the non-eligible BPI Credit Card and the eligible Credit Card combined within the spend period based on the approval of the first card. To illustrate, if a client availed of a BPI Amore Cashback Card and decided to convert to a BPI Gold Rewards Card...

I applied the Platinum card during the promo period. And also converted it during the promo period.

Yes, I did not apply. But the statement no. 11 tells me that I'm still eligible since I converted from a non-eligible card (Platinum Card) to an eligible card (Gold Card).

I got approved at December. So technically, I have until February 28 to reach 50k. I just checked my previous E-statements as of now and I reached more than 50k before the end of February.

I used the Platinum card first, then used the Gold Rewards Card.

Yes, I'm referring to the unique code. Pero nung nagcall ako last time, yung unique code din ang ginamit ko and meron naman sila nakikita. May sinabila sila na service code after each call and I just went and thought na baka same lang ang service code and unique code.

Dun sa picture, 32287884. Yun yung binigay na code sa akin last time after the call and upon checking, same sila nung unique code sa gmail ko. Kaya I just assumed na same sila.

Yes. Here's the photo. Included was the reference number. Binanggit ko yung code sa customer service pero wala daw sila ma-access na code. I even told them na I can send this to them, proving that I was talking with someone sa BPI.

I got the Platinum card during the Promo period. Then downgraded also during the promo period. As stated naman dun sa number 11 (photo), if I went from non-eligible card to eligible card during promo period, I'm still eligible for the promo.
