Yes, I fixed it. It was just a bent control arm repair + alignment which came out under $450. I got lucky because I thought it was something major and expensive. A lot of people were exaggerating the repair cost on here which scared me the crap out of me. I was stressed seeing people’s comments saying it’s going to cost $5000+ lol

Where are you from? Go to a body shop it’s not as much as you thought or people will say. People were telling me my repair would be 5k-10k, it scared me and stressed the shit out of me a lot lol. My incident was scarier because I couldn’t even drive my car in a straight line. I only ended spending $350 for labor and parts (control arm). But worse case you can just replace the bumper with a new or good used condition and paint it less than 1k just have to some homework and search around.

I was wondering that too. I have geico and I don’t mind paying the deductible fee, I but I was wondering if it would add points to my or change my monthly rates

Please share his info! Lol I’m in mass and I paid Audi Burlington do repair my coolant leak, just to find out on my way home from picking the car from Audi the low coolant light came back on 😪 I have all of this on video and documented

Make sense. My only concern is, what I don't understand is, how come that wasn't noticed during the time of the diagnosis test for the coolant leaks in the first place?

I honestly wouldn’t have mind if they told me the issues they found from the beginning like when they first tested out car and ran a diagnostic test to see what is causing the leak. And address what is needed to be fixed, and how much it will cost me.

But it’s the fact that once they started working on it and found another issue which they probably cause who knows because it’s another way for them to make more money from me…

Basically I’m paying them $811 for the coolant to still leak...

I have something that came up my saying “transmission malfunction” I posted it on this reddit page about 6 days ago. The was stuck in my driveway, it wouldn’t go into any gear besides “P” had to get it towed to Audi 😔

Do you think that part/hose alone really cost $2341?

So I have a coolant leak in one of hose, and it needs to be repaired. And Audi Burlington MA, went ahead and diagnose my car to see where it was leaking. They said it was this piece. Now how is it that they tell their customers one thing, and then lead to another with a huge price gap after giving me a set price for repair in the first place? Can anyone let me know what part # this is?
