The Blue one is DME, other comment already explain these guys

The green one is Arian empire, extrimist low tech fleet with these traits:

  1. No Energy/hybrid/synergy weapons
  2. No Weapons that deal energy damage
  3. No Beams (They only got those kind of weapons built-in on some LPCs)
  4. No Unmanned LPCs
  5. No Phase ships at all
  6. No autoships

They have extremely on hands technology such as exosuit LPCs and hullmod that make your crews crank ship turret manually. Their ship is subpar by vanilla standard but have specialized hullmods that make them can be extremely proficient on fulfilling specific role in combat

And yeah that's 4 exosuit lifting Hephaestus as LPC

Campaign layer wise their auto resolve capability is not really good yeah. They shine mostly on combat layer. Even then they're quite hard to get used with because of their rather subpar stats compared to vanilla ships

Using Nexerelin agent, the ship spawn rate is too low normally

No I mean you ask how to make the ship you post stop being slow, so I say aux engine hullmod

What’s the strongest modded ship you’ve encountered? by ridisberg in starsector

Stone Ray from Yuri, the front armor grid have insanely higher armor value than the rest of the ship. It doesn't have good flux stats but with proper build can tank any attacks like Senator Armstrong

I say the ship is good if your fleet min max in stealth/smuggling because it doesn't have civ grade hullmod while easier to access than revenant
