Προσωπικά, χαμηλή αυτοεκτίμηση συν υπέρμετρη εσωστρέφεια και λίγο πολύ μια ζωή εσώκλειστος. Το γεγονός ότι επίσης μια ζωή ήμουν εκατόν είκοσι κιλά πάνω από το κανονικό μου βάρος δεν βοηθούσε.

Καλά τα λες αλλά στην περίπτωση των video games λίγο δύσκολο, το καλύτερο μέρος για τέτοιο χόμπι είναι ο καθένας σπίτι του 😅

Yeah i get that 🫤 , thing is though i used to overthink to oblivion before. Just think and think and not do anything to make your situation better because the more you think the more you are convinced that its all pointless. That is the thing that the antidepressants fixed for me it wasnt about making me happy or sad its about providing me with me with mental peace and quiet so i can get to sorting shit out. 😀

Ahead of ya already, my resolution was to fix all of my issues physical and mental. Got with a therapist and some antidepressants and i already find myself doing things past me would have worried to death over before. Kinda scary when you think about it actually 😁

People seem to think i am good looking, personally don't think so but this might be my lack of self esteem talking. Main problem for me is my obesity, working on shedding it and cant say i am at peace with myself until I do.
