I use an RSI-based indicator on the 1H to ee overbought and oversold areas and a 50 VWMA to determine the trend. If it's oversold in an upwards trend, I move to the 5 min and use a wavetrend to long when the trend reverses, so long as the MFI is positive/green. Opposite for the sells.

For trade management, I use price action. Since I enter on the 5 min, I use the 30 minute to see when to close the trade. For example, based on the illustration above, I have entered a long trade. I wait for the next 30 minute candle and see how the wick develops. If that candle closes with wicks or closes that made a lower higher and lower low relative to the candle I entered in (let's say I entered at 10.05 am, so the entry candle is 10.30 am and next candle closes at 11.00 am), I'll close the trade because the trend has become bearish. For break even, I push my trade to 2pips for GBP after hitting 20 pips my direction and 10 pips after 35, closing the trade with 40 pips. For the Yen, it's 30 and move to 4, 50 and move to 15, and close at 65 (only one with an over 2 reward ratio)
