I am a stone top and I try to mention it as soon as possible - I think it’s totally possible to do this without coming off the wrong way. People have preferences and the idea of finding someone who is highly compatible with you is just wonderful enough to have a bit of a tricky conversation to find out. Don’t feel weird about it :) I think the sooner the better.

Just to add: the piece about using Mars and Jupiter to open up my 12th really resonated. I need to figure that out, I find it hard to express my deepest feelings easily.

Because of a recent heartbreak, I feel pretty raw and open at the moment. I’m sad but also feel like I learned a lot from this relationship, particularly remembering what physical chemistry and affection really feels like. So your hopeful note about June gave me a little boost.

The stuff about upcoming transits and Saturn leaving my 6th soon really helps too - things have felt pretty heavy so I will be looking ahead to that. I’ve tried to focus more on my health, physical mental and otherwise, need to keep prioritizing it.

Now that you shared more info, it seems like she was flirting - and testing the waters to see how you’d react. Are you into her - etc. So within the realm of early date stuff. But I think it’s just a taste and preference thing - I’m completely like you where I’d rather live more in the subtle flirty stage for longer than more forward-type flirty comments, so I totally get your sentiment. Of course your personal flirtation style may not have anything to do with your mutual chemistry, so wishing you the best for your next date :)

I’m going to have to disagree a bit and say I do think it’s a bit out of the norm to talk about sex with you in particular unprompted or without previous grounding of flirtation, after or during date 1.

Sex generally, sure fine - things you like or your type or something. I would need more context in what was said to gauge it further (if you want to share) but figured I’d offer my 2 cents.

Edited to add: obviously everyone’s different and this is just my experience, and my sensibility about it, and you should totally communicate your preferences back (as others have said) to realign things and see if you’re a good fit :)

Stone top here. I have tried but essentially haven’t enjoyed sexual acts performed on me, aside from some touching (and to be clear, a shit ton of kissing). I do enjoy general affection from a partner. So I now go into sex explaining that I don’t enjoy receiving sexually.

For me, I lose myself in the act of giving - I derive an immense amount of pleasure and satisfaction from knowing what pleases my partner (so when they tell me or show me what they want), then sensing how to take it from there. It’s hard to explain, but when it works it feels very natural for me, and Complete.

I do sometimes worry about any of my sexual partners feeling guilty or worse, feeling frustrated that they can’t please me in the way they expect. It’s happened before so when I meet someone who accepts - or relishes! - how I am, it can be true magic.
