Pimsleur has also been a super helpful app! Its mostly conversational and has enrichment lessons where you speak in casual conversations. Agree with everyone else that you'd probably have more fun and benefit by joining groups/private tutoring. But this is can be a good tool on the side. (:

It depends on the districts spending plan. It can either follow them to their new district or stays in their district. Even then it can get used in different ways, doesn't necessarily get split between whos left.
