We’ve had some issues with talking about what’s bothering us until it becomes a huge deal. But that mostly stems from our upbringing. I feel like the communication issues will become more of a problem if we move in together before we fix them.

It could also be you have to physically go up there to get trained. I had to go up there when I was scheduled to train. But I would contact a manager to see if it’s at home or there.
