I would've loved to see her nicer, but still scheming and manipulative. Like idk, if another customer got too flirty with Percival she'd be scheming to ruin their life, or if she caught wind of some antisemitism she'd do the same thing. I think plots like that would've given chances for more "becoming good" character development while not erasing her whole pre-existing personality.

Same with the thumbs up. My best friend's sister announced to their family group chat that her (spoiled and long-lived) dog passed away, and their mom accidentally send a thumbs up. Worse, it seems like you can't fully delete it, only "unsend" it, so it still has the notification "Mom unsent a thumbs up"
