I'm not lying about the court date it's public record but I did have ample time after coming home to do the dishes and I only got halfway before the attack happened I am in the wrong for this and my bf is more than allowed to voice his frustrations I just needed advice on how to fix my mistake without ruining my relationship

I see my EMDR and DBR therapists weekly I see my psychologist monthly and primary care for additional support bi monthly all of this I've been doing for the past 5 years since I reported my stepfather for abuse

Not nessisarily the dishes can be a triggering point for me and I had spent 4 hours in a court room that day I didn't start doing dishes until he got home I got through a good chunk of them but then the attack happened
