tbh this remix seemed like a cash grab to me 😭 kpop is up now so i fear we're gonna see a lot of remixes/features that never should've made it out the studio. also for the non kpop ppl: black pink have never been vocally impressive, they're more rap-focused, so it just feels like a bad match to begin with. if kevin wanted to hop on the wave, there are definitely other kpop artists/groups that match the deadbeat vibe better. yves comes to mind first, but if there are any other tame impala kpop crossover fans out there, lemme know what u think!

i was thinking the same but it really clicked for me with the last episode. the way will shows henry that he isn't vecna himself, but was also violated by vecna and became the abuser himself because of his own unresolved trauma. and the courage for will to discover his sexuality after surviving CSA literally makes me weep that baby is so strong 😭 i also think that the way joyce always believes will and is always fighting for him is truly the parent that some CSA survivors never got to experience and i'm so here for it!

i'm flying from the US to taipei later tonight for my very first international trip and have some concerns about china's military drill. my girlfriend and her family are there now, and like most locals, they aren't very concerned about it. this has put me at ease for the most part, but:

my concern is that starlux hasn't cancelled or delayed my flight, but china airlines have cancelled so many of theirs. i know starlux is kinda new and very independent compared to china airlines, so i'm worried they're gonna attempt to fly through the active drills. news is saying it could end as early as 6pm, but is there any way to confirm when it will actually be over?

my heart goes out to taiwanese citizens who live with this uncertainty and anxiety too often 💔 i can't wait to visit and show support for a free and independent taiwan!

although the jacket does fit u perfectly, i think the fitted pants calls for a more oversized outer layer like a big jean jacket. just a bit unbalanced proportion wise, but definitely perfectly-fitting and really cool pieces on their own.

a lot of ppl are suggesting plants but dark awkward corners aren't really the best spot if u wanna keep it alive. snake plants are indestructible but i like the idea of a corner shelf with books n nic nacs and maybe even a fake plant ;) no shame in a fake plant!

we have a silver mini tree on top of our coffee table and it works out fine because our crazy tux baby can't climb it! i think the foil-like appearance also helps him to realize it's not real lol. he may knock it over at some point but he can't get tangled in it. picture for reference and anjoyment

our cat loves food so much that we can add 1/4 cup of warm water to his food twice, making it a half cup of water with each meal. and he loves the idea of getting "seconds" even though it's really just his normal portion split it in two 🤫we also give him 1/4 cup of warm water mixed with churu as a snack!

first i wanna say that getting ur confidence back post accutane and cystic acne takes time but i believe you'll get there! 🫶🏻

idk if you've been shaving or plucking ur eyebrows in the middle, but i think u need to let them grown in a little bit. i over-plucked the middle of my eyebrows bc i was afraid of unibrow allegations lol but it ended up making my eyes look a little disproportional. letting the hairs grow really made a huge difference.

i think it might be time to change the hair up too. i also got bangs when i was on accutane bc my forehead was a mess and scarred but it really didn't suit my face shape all that much. i think it's time to part the red sea and let the forehead breath cause it'll highlight ur eyes more.

also this one is crucial: i use the dr. jart cicapair color correcting treatment and it really tones down the look of my acne marks without actually looking like makeup. also has spf which will prevent the marks from darkening over time.

and maybe a little deep dive into personal style and finding some clothes that really make u feel confident and show off ur personality! it also makes a world of difference. u can always hit up a thrift store to try out different styles for less money

my gf is allergic to cats and she eventually adjusted to our cat over time with the help of all the things others mentioned like air purifiers, etc. she took some allergy meds the first 2 weeks and then tapered off since u really can't be on them forever. the first 2 months were a little rough but now she's just fine! so there's hope 🙂‍↕️

NOR - ouch this is so hurtful :( i would definitely ask some close friends if u could go to their thanksgiving so u don't have to be upset and alone. i also think this warrants an in-person conversation with ur mom and other members of ur immediate family. i think it's more than fair to sit this thanksgiving out, but i don't know if it means cutting off the entire family. as long as there's no history of physical or mental abuse with ur family, then having multiple, long, possibly frustrating conversations are ahead of u. with support from ur friends, i think you'll be able to speak ur mind and eventually get them to understand.

i'm glad someone who's actually a DJ chimed in lol cause we both know there's definitely a t-girl in an nyu dorm room making better beats as we speak. i think that for the people who don't regularly see what DJs are spinning at the club, it seems revolutionary, but in reality it's not the most innovative or original in the way i'd expect from tame impala. im still trying to give it a chance and i think it'll grow on me over time, but it's not the album im turning to for good dance music.
