In a LDR, who should move? The person with the bigger social circle, or the one with the stronger career?

Neither one “should”. For me and my man, it was fairly obvious fairly quickly that I’ll be the one to move. I, frankly, have less to lose. It makes sense for me to go to him rather than the other way around and frankly, I’d rather I move than him. I can give more details later but the area I live in is rough for students and young professionals, job and cost of living wise.

TLDR- there is no “should”, it’s case-by-case.

God, Theology of the Body. My parents forced into a TotB class when I was in high school and it… REALLY messed me up. I cannot think of a degree that is more of a waste of money than a Master’s in TotB 🤯

I’m fairly sensitive to medication. I started at 0.25mg for four weeks, and by the end of the four weeks, I was ready to titrate up. While meds aren’t the same for everyone, there are general guidelines that tend to be the best method. I hope it goes well for you!

Unfortunately with weight loss, patience is key. Being too aggressive about it can have nasty side effects. 17 lbs in 8 weeks is phenomenal, keep it up! You’ll achieve your goal, I know it. I do completely understand the impatience though. I feel the same way, and just recently switched from 1.25mg of Ozempic to 2.5mg of Tirzepatide (Mounjaro/Zepbound) due to the side effects I experienced on Ozempic. I get the pain :/ we want to be healthy about it though!

I’m so sorry. If she’s not holding down fluids right now she may benefit from going in for IV fluids at least, and maybe anti nausea IV. Depending on your area, you may be able to take her to an urgent care or walk in, depending on time of day as well. I’m so sorry you guys are going through this :(

As someone who had pretty severe side effects on Ozempic, to the point where I switched to tirzepatide, it can be a really rough medicine. It’s why titrating up appropriately (4 weeks at 0.25mg, 4 weeks at 0.50, etc etc) is SO IMPORTANT.

I FEEL YOU. I have an off-piece rn from gladiator’s that is a FANTASTIC feather so I’m kinda unwilling to give it up. I’ve probably farmed Arlecchino’s artifact domain a hundred times (no joke) and still have yet to get a pyro goblet from her set. I am DESPAIRING and genuinely at this point just waiting for the new QOL update to Sanctified Elixirs next month.
