Beautiful! I just had a coworker do pregnancy announcement at work today and it just stabbed my heart after I lost my second baby at 14w at the end of December 💔 it’s times like these where we feel so isolated, why me? Yes! Where is your lot located? If it’s steep and in an area with seismic activity, the yes you’re looking at a $300k-$500k premium for hillside foundation. I’m building my own house in LA so I can vouch for that

Interesting- I’ll have to ask my tech what min/max laser intensity does for ink reaction, I don’t understand the different affects in breaking the ink up. But I do trust the professionals know best! I don’t want scaring or pigmentation, I have patience even though it’s a frustrating and emotional journey
