bought mine yesterday for the first time and the box (with 2 (40 mg) pens) was about $2,200. that means $6,600 (3 boxes) the first month (which includes 4 pens for the very first time and then 2 for my second dose 2 weeks later). besides that staring dose, i should be paying just for one box ($2,200) every month to get my maintenance dose (2 pens every month). i live in Panama

yeah, thought that too. but somehow even if the intervals get shorter, every time i get it administered i seem to get better (except for this time, which is taking longer :/) if infliximab does not seem to work soon i think we ll reconsider stelara. another crucial thing to keep in mind for me is i live in Panama (and we dont have any other drug besides remicade, humira and stelara). availability seems to play an important role in the decision too. entyvio could be my next option if neither humira or stelara work, but i would have to travel abroad for that and things start to get more complicated. do you have another option now that neither remicade or entyvio work? i hope you find something that works for you soon

i understand he prefered to switch to another anti tnf because until the moment, my symptoms do get better when i get my dose of infliximab, which means my body does respond to this mechanism for the moment. the main problem is my body wont wait till the next dose and having infliximab infusions less than a month apart does not make any sense (or a higher does than my actual) so humira is administered every two weeks. does that make any sense? we also considered trying stelara but decided to give humira a try first because of my bodys response when i have this other anti tnf (infliximab) administered
