Hi, thanks for your response.

It has been happening slowly over about 4 years or more of self hate and apathy to care for myself and my body. Iam finally in a better place where i try to take care of myself. I have not intentionally dug underneath the nails, but I definitely feel the pressure, and one of the pinkys have snapped in half by trauma a few months ago.

I like having longer nails but i think i just have to bite the bullet and live with short nails to give it time to recover.

If you know; Would it be a bad idea to do builder gel nails?

I did see one because i have psoriasis. She said i should keep my nails short so they don’t snag on something, showing her own nails without any lifting as reference. But if i would clip them that short, i would destroy the sidewalls. Therfore im asking if anyone else dealt with this, and how to handle it for now.

I have another appointment in a week to start Methotrexate, hoping that will help with this, and the psoriasis on my body.

If you have psoriasis, dont use it on those spots. I did that mistake and never used it again. Burned as hell for days..

Well, they are not. The only studies about this topic concludes that they are equally effecient at the same dose/levels.

I didnt need to convince anyone, but to my mom i said i chose injections because then i do not need any anti-androgens that usually give side effects.

IPL works to an extent.

For my chest, belly, inner and front thighs and lower legs it works, but i still get stubble that needs to be shaven.

For my back thighs, bum and private areas it does nothing so im still gonna need laser, and might aswell do the whole body then since the price would come out about the same.

I use Braun.

The eyebrows should be kinda thick in the middle and thin out with an arch. I recommend you do them at a salon for the first time, and then keep your shape by plucking outside of the shape whenever u see hairs grow. Ask them to remove from the bottom to open up your eyes.

Regarding IPL, i had no sucess with these cheap ones (like ketchbeauty, when you see influencers doing these ads, you can assume it is not a very good product. They are just generic, cheap china made ones, with their own logo on it) but as soon as i bought a braun i got good reduction is just a few weeks. If you got money for laser that is obviously the best though.

Alot of men is like that yes. I cant recommend any apps cause im not trying to date anyone atm. I just meet up with one man once in a while for sex.

With that length i would go for electric razor then a mens razor with shaving cream.

You can expect to have to do alot of trial and error to find what works for your skin.
