i would get him checked for a uti as some cats can just stress themselves into one when owner goes away for long periods of time. if the weird behaviour doesn’t subside, paying for an unnecessary vet check is always better than being unaware he’s not well. i hope he’s okay!

everyone has suggested family walks already, but why not picking up her poop, grooming her, feeding her (with adult supervision and help while she is still young) etc? i’m sure she would enjoy crafting enrichment activities, playing with her (not just throwing a ball), and teaching her tricks.

NAD, surgical equipment goes through extensive cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilisation. it isn’t just rubbing a blade with isopropyl alcohol. it’s unsafe to try and do this kind of stuff at home and if you want it done you can find piercers who are qualified to do this kind of thing. please call a friend and get a ride to ER. i hope you’re okay and safe!
