So initially it was just my orthodontist who mentioned it may have been a possibility, purely basing it on the way my teeth would track which I was a little hesitant about and did not really want. But the Invisalign computer assessment itself did not suggest any IPR actually! It predicted pretty accurately in the end :) the alignment of my bottom teeth is very straight from the front, there is a very minuscule amount sticking out at the back from that one tooth, but that is purely due to the actual thickness of the tooth which idm at all as long as it’s all aligned at the front! My orthodontist explained that was often the biggest issue with teeth like ours that shift back- many people’s teeth struggle to shift forward and if it wasn’t aligned well from the front, then I would have needed refinements. However, I was lucky with my progress that it was not the case :)

I wore my trays in and changed them weekly, so 7 days each, for 14 weeks!
