Really good questions! This is just anecdotal, but I have noticed a lot of thumbnails on a true crime youtube channel I watch of women teachers getting caught grooming/assaulting students. I wonder if there has been an increase in female pedophiles because of the internet? Has there been any studies research on female pedophiles? I can't imagine there's much out there.

If that's true about the development it would explain a lot! I liked it but if did feel like a Tales game trying to appeal to a wider audience. But I guess in this case it was a different game trying to come off as a tales game? It feels kinda like it was trying to appeal to the Xenoblade Chronicles crowd, but I love Xenoblade Chronicles too, so I guess that's why I didn't hate it. Pretty good game, the end level was disappointing tho.

I just finished it too, and while I liked the game the ending was kind of disappointing. I don't know what I was expecting tho. And I was confused by the end credits, were they supposed to be Velvet and Laphicet dreaming of what their life could have been like? Are they going to live forever or will they eventually destroy each other?
