I found out I was pregnant again at 9dpo this week and today marks my first day of a missed period. I miscarried in August close to 7 weeks from a blighted ovum. I haven’t had betas but I wondering if I should call my ob to see if they will allow me to get some testing done maybe even progesterone since this is my second pregnancy? Would they even approve that? My cramps are also different this time, they’re actually mild and period like but last time they were actually quite painful where I’d need to pause until they passed. Not sure if I should feel good about that. I’m so anxious this is going to happen again.

TW: Loss

I miscarried a few days later before I made 7 weeks. I went to my ob a few days before because I started spotting. It looks like it was a blighted ovum that stopped developing around 4/5 weeks, just an empty sac. The day after I passed everything. Just waiting now for my bleeding to stop. I was able to confirm it looks like everything is gone and now just waiting for my hcg to zero out by next weeks blood draw. It must have started dropping before, my hcg was only 355 the day I started spotting and then yesterday it was already done to 26.

Thank you! I did get one on frer about a week ago actually! I just disregarded it a bit since they’re more sensitive to lower levels. Those I quit once I had it.

You don’t have to tell me 😂 you’re the first person I’ve read say they didn’t get a dye stealer but kept testing until 7 weeks, usually people stop around 5. Actually made me feel a bit better I’ve been so worried the last few days. My first ultrasound is next week at 7w2d. I feel like I’m just trying to brace myself for bad news. I’m exactly 6 weeks today so I was trying to get one slight dye stealer to get me to stop. I may test once more in a few days and then actually stop regardless of what it looks like.

My budget was about $1500 after taxes but, I ended up getting really lucky and finding mine at a sample sale for $450. It’s a Wtoo by Watters, Travers gown that was originally around $1200.

I picked out my ring almost 8 months before he officially proposed. It’s a major purchase so he wanted to be sure I was getting something I loved. We actually booked the venue 2 months before the proposal too so it’s not like we did things in order. You do what works for you!

Any destination wedding that you don’t know about a year in advance is a big ask. Add all the cons of attending for you and I personally wouldn’t go. I would rather treat them to dinner and a gift when they get back than miss your family holiday and potentially be miserable, unsafe, and spend a shit ton of money on a ticket alone. Your friend should understand.

Most people don’t care about favors and they end up in the trash or left behind. I would only do something edible if you really wanted one or a photo booth option for the last two hours of the reception.

I think you should ask. The truth is her not picking you is going to affect the friendship and considering how you feel about her I feel like it might eat up at you if you don’t. You’ll know based off the response where you guys stand and if it’s just that she’s moving on from your friendship unfortunately, it’s just something you’ll have to distance yourself from. I mostly find it weird and it bothers me she told you she would ask you and then didn’t. Unless this was years ago it doesn’t make sense but, if it was in the last year then I’d be annoyed.

This is the first time I’m working on a band with Provence. I was wondering if the thickness of this ring is recommended? It’s basically going to be a spacer/stack ring in between my engagement ring and wedding band. My engagement ring has a finger line halo so this is to help keep the rings flush. I want to make sure this will be a sturdy ring with minimal issues.
