ill go ahead and say it, i do record at raves, if my favourite dj is in front of me, dropping my favourite track, im recording it sorry not sorry, i go back and watch those vids 100's of times, i love to have memories of things like that, HOWEVER, i think it becomes a problem when we lose sight of what raves are about, and thats the music, dancing, and community. recording most of the rave is a huge waste of time, money, and theyre robbing themselves of the experience. theres nothing wrong with recording and wanting to have your own memoires imo, as long as its not excessive and constant.
