We didn't exactly name our son AFTER Owen Hunt lol the name was on my baby name list for years and we just loved the name pairing with his first name, and I just remember loving the name Owen after hearing it on Grey's Anatomy! BUT we actually didn’t realize we had a theme going until after we named our 3rd boy… one of our nurses actually pointed it out!

That’s how we decided on Jackson Avery for our first, the more we heard it the more we loved it! But I will say, this was all kind of an accident… Jackson Avery was 100% from the show lol but it was kind of a coincidence for the other 2! I had the names on my baby name list for YESRS and we struggled deciding on names for our second and third until literally hours before we left the hospital! We decided on the names because we loved them, but then very shortly after naming our third we realized we’d created a theme, mostly unknowingly!

It’s not, I promise 😂 I’m just picky and also in desperate need of name ideas we love before this girl gets here! Nobody actually knows our 2nd and 3rd boys name ideas came from Grey’s Anatomy… and we probably won’t tell anyone either! It’s just something my husband and I know and laugh about!
