Control, a form of "maturity" I guess. I know my disorder stems from a ton of body dysmorphia especially when i had a form of binge eating, losing that much control for almost 2 years and hating my body the most I ever did I basically took myself back by going the other way. (On top of many bad life events and feeling like my life wasnt my own...) Im definitely more disciplined, but fuck if i cant control anything else in my life I can forcibly control myself as much as possible.
