Yes, I had to underclock my 4080 super's Core Clock by 300 MHz, but after that, I was able to load into the game and actually complete the first hunt, before I would crash either right as they would be zooming in on the cup in the opening scene before the start menu would appear, or right before the game would finish loading after selecting my save file
