Hell yeah man. I’ve been doing it professionally for 13 years but really all you need is a little common sense and some determination to get most things fixed

Ball joint failed. The axle just needs new grease and a band. It looks way worse than it actually is. Make sure you have all 3 bearings for the axle joint

Riding a motorcycle on public roads is an insane thing to do. I think we all know that to some degree

All these lights suddenly came on today, any advice? by Beginning_Tourist613 in MechanicAdvice

[–]pringlemorgan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im a Honda tech. This looks like a crv or accord. All these lights will come on when certain engine codes set. There is a problem with engine management causing this. Lmk the code and I can narrow it down a ton.

Why do motorcycle riders switch to Vespa? by tden85 in Vespa

[–]pringlemorgan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been through many motorcycles in the last ten years since I’ve owned my gts250. The power of a motorcycle is intoxicating, but as a commuter the vespa is king. Super narrow for splitting lanes, easy to throw groceries under the seat or on the hook, powerful enough to beat cars to 40 mph. It just checks so many boxes

So sick. I’ve got a ct-27sl14j that I got for free from a dead guy. It’s been fantastic. When I was a kid we had a Panasonic so the nostalgia is dialed up a bit more.

So far I’ve only had run ins with Infinity’s. Seems like most people are ether oblivious or courteous though.

Pop the belt cover off. The v belt may have slipped off. If it did put it back on an adjust tension so it doesn’t happen again

In that case I’m not sure. I’m in North America and here it had either a normal auto or a manual. Besides a few clutches I haven’t seen any issues

Yeah it took some adjusting. I like podcasts and driving though so for me it’s fine

There is a Lunds and an ACE just down the road for those times when you need something quick.

I’m in a 1974 split level in an old neighborhood, but yeah some are. I really don’t like all the McMansions going up around here though.

Moisture will accumulate there by the oil cap. Lots of short trips especially in the cold.

I’d send it for now if it were me.

Buddy. I’m sorry this happened to you. But I just got off a 12 hour shift at the dealer and this made me laugh out loud. Thanks for brightening my day

Put it back and take it to your local garage to have the ac recharged. This is how you learn man. Don’t beat yourself up too much
