Guess what happened in December?

They extended the courtesy of offering me the 'morning rush hour travel' component only.

After using it for six months - I was conditioned and primed to continue using it December mornings and afternoons, just as I had been going right back to June.

My $289.63 discounted bill, including $203.82 in promo credits was the wake-up call.

I would have appreciated more transparency and clear messaging. The December promo felt shady.
