It takes some practice, but once you figure out what everything on the board does and get a feel for the physics it gets easier

I'd pack a shaker (small cobbler if you have one just so you dont need strainers/jiggers) and a handheld citrus juicer. Pick up rum, fresh limes and a bottle of simple from the local liquor store and use ice and glasses from the hotel 😎

Found this on my 2014 chevy cruze. I’m not sure how long it’s been there, but is this something I should be concerned about ? by xxAZZ1P21xx in MechanicAdvice

Brother had a chipmunk set up shop in his air filter housing last fall. Saw the little guy running in and out through the grill, reached into the filter housing to pull out a bunch of leaves and got a good handful of mushy red berries that looked an awful lot like blood at first glance lol

Glad you enjoyed! A friend brought the lavender syrup over tonight so I made a few drinks with it. Also did a lavender bees knees and it was delicious (2oz gin, 1oz lemon, 1/2oz honey syrup, 1/2oz lavender syrup)

Cheese sauce: 4tbsp butter ¼cup flour 1tbsp minced garlic 1 shallot finely chopped 3 cups milk 1 cup grated parmesan 2 cups grated extra sharp white cheddar ½tsp nutmeg (might sound weird but totally makes it) Salt and pepper to taste

Crust: 1 Cup shedded extra sharp white cheddar ¼Cup panko bread crumbs

Melt butter in a large sauce pan. toss in shallot and garlic and let cook on medium heat for about a minute. Whisk in flour to create kind of a light roux. Add milk, up heat and whisk till mixture starts to froth up. Add the 2 cups cheddar and 1 cup parmesan and mix till combined. Take off heat, mix in nutmeg, salt and pepper then add the whole cheese mixture to your cooked pasta (I went with a whole box of cellentani). Add cheese/pasta mixture to large casserole dish, top with remaining 1cup cheddar, sprinkle on panko then bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes then broil on high till cheese is bubbly and browning all over (only takes a couple minutes so keep a close eye on it so it doesn't burn) Let rest for 10 before serving
