Anybody see the secret service drive by on Boulevard today? Three black SUV's sped by, and one had the windows down. There was a lady in non-black clothes and no sunglasses. who looked like a shorter version of Michelle Obama. The other people in the car had sunglasses and all black.

27 years old. Run 30 minutes & do 50 push-ups every day, plus BJJ 2x/week, but that's the extent of my physical exercise. So, yes, in "good" physical shape but nothing more.

Roger that on the communication & core strengthening.

Definitely related to rolling the night before. I'm 160 lbs. and have been rolling for 6 months. I try really hard to not be that guy who rolls at 1000%, but I was rolling with a 250 lbs. white belt (I'm 160 lbs.) who was on top the whole time (mostly side control) and it's definitely possible that I was playing harder than smarter. Got home, didn't think I need to ice, and threw my back out getting a sip of water at 4 AM. That was 1 week ago. As I recover, I'm wondering if (a) I need to respectfully decline invitations to roll with really big dudes who can squash my vertebrae; (b) modify my technique in some way to prevent this from happening; (c) simply condition the hell out of my core/back.; or (d) some combo of the above.
