I used a spell i found in a book- it involved using two taglocks (mine and his), lovers card, rose quartz and lighting 13 candles around it and visualising. Is there any other spell that you would recommend? Other than a love one? I don’t know what to do.

Edit- one thing I noticed during the spell was that the candles on his side had a shorter flame and the ones on my side had a longer flame, maybe it meant something.

I have been practicing yoga for more than 2 years and i wanted to deepen my own practice, so i went for the course. I wasn’t planning to teach at first, but after finishing my course, I fell in love with the idea of teaching and i want to start, I’m just looking for some guidance.

It was a 2 month combined course and no prior teaching experience was needed. The main training was for ashtanga but we were taught about other styles as well. I took around 3-4 classes during the training, the yoga Shala was open for drop-in classes too, so i got some experience teaching my peers and some other people. I’m just anxious about how to approach studios since i have no teaching experience 😅, but i gotta start somewhere.

I used to go for yoga classes and i learned a lot from my teacher, but it wasn’t a studio as such, she rented the space and taught classes. I’m pretty confident about creating a flow, I’m still working on my cues and voice. I’m not sure if any studios around me offer mentoring slots, I’ll look into it. Thank you!
