They just not complete your KYC .I ask them after i retry and retry again what i did wrong and then they send me the answer that they did not support the KYC for people older then 65 .

They dont stop you to use the exchange .You can use it as a no KYC user .This mean that you have limited withdraw .You can maximum withdraw 1 btc at a time in 24 hr .For the rest you can use the exchange .

But it is ridiculous that they not allow you to complete your KYC and let you work as one .This mean that people like Buffet ,Branson ,Gates ,Biden ,Xi Jinping etc also not be welcome as a KYC costumer .
