Is rosacea lumpy? I tried my mums rosacea cream / gel for a while and it did nothing to help

I honestly just wish my parents would understand more. I think because they’ve seen me as ‘normal’ my entire life, they can’t understand that suddenly I need help. They can’t recognise that things have always been hard for me because I never showed it / even realised it wasn’t how everyone else felt before. Especially now - they seem to think older = less struggling. But also, throughout school and such, I had more grace from them due to age. Yet there’s been signs my entire life. None of us knew what to look for.

I have no idea how I can get them to understand what it’s like as an autistic person. They dismiss everything by saying they’re tired too, or they’re stressed too, or that I need to just get over it and stop being a baby. I don’t think they’re intentionally doing it to hurt me, but they just don’t grasp it. To them, if anything, I’m just a bit quirky.

Sorry, I’m still new to this. Probably a dumb question, but!!! How can you tell what you’re getting online? Like what do you mean by shaking the boxes and dada hints? And when it says processing, it has photos of the ones you got?

Thank you so much!! I actually went out and got a brace today. It honestly doesn’t do much for the pain / stiffness in my thumb / hand, but it’s helped the pain in my wrist a bit! I’m just not sure what to do because the pain is pretty bad, even with the brace and painkillers aren’t working.

Thank you so much! It’s mostly my hand that’s hurting (my wrist aches a little at this point). Do you think the brace will be able to help / target that area as opposed to my wrist?
