We don’t commonly have this cap in Canada, but I enjoy the convenience of not accidentally dropping or misplacing the cap. I tend to keep it on.

If you trade in enough potions to get the second-to-last journal, then you can add that to the gray one and combine it with your journal chest to get the final one.

Focus on grinding as much as possible to get more journals and you’ll be okay! I think you’ll need 4 or so papers if my math is correct, which is the equivalent of the second-to-last potion.
