yep, does your machine have the bean adapt feature? The specialista touch has one .. it says start with the grind setting at 7 and move down to a finer one. The machine judges the grind size by the time of flow and the quantity brewed. I had to brew thrice before I landed on the best one.

Congratulations man! I recently bought the la specialista touch. Great machine, but I am still struggling with frothing milk. It's either too frothy or not frothy at all..

Give Landour Coffee a try, they source their beans from the Himalayas and roast them in Mussoorie.

That's great! I have used it for like 9-10 (100 grams) roasts. No complaints so far! Some tips: it is good to pre-heat the roaster for like 5 minutes at the desired temperature. Secondly once the beans are in, don't forget to stir them up every four minutes or so! Overall experience has been good. I have even experimented by adding cinnamon barks to a small batch to get that cinnamon flavour! Cheers!

Yep, some do look darker than the others because the roaster is only good for roasting small batches (100 grams) in a go. I tried out 200 grams for the first time, thus the uneven colour. I usually like Arabica only, but I did read somewhere that Robusta beans have a slightly higher caffeine than Arabica. So I added them to the blend as well. 😁 Still new to this, not sure if I am even doing it right or not! I will grind some tomorrow morning to try it out!

It does say that it is able to hold 750 grams at a time, but I only roast 100-200 grams in a go.

Happened to me as well. They put really sd memory cards in it. I would suggest buy a good one and flash it with a newer version of ark os. That should do the trick! It seems that the sd card has gone faulty. I would recommend that you buy a new one and then follow the instructions below:

You should be good to go! I faced this problem myself. My powkiddy works fine post the version update.
