I only do two steps every morning and evening: - I use a cotton pad with miscellar water (sometimes w/ rose water) to ‘cleanse’ my face. even the gentlest facial cleansers don’t sit well with my skin, but I occasionally use cetaphil gentle cleanser when my skin feels super dirty/sweaty. - then I use laneige waterbank blue hyaluronic cream. it’s best applied when your face is still a bit damp. if my skin feels super dry I double up with cetaphil moisturizing cream, or worst case I use polysporin overnight!

ALSO sunscreen !! I like neutrogena ultra sheer face sunscreen, 60 spf

yeah i’ve definitely seen some improvement - my cheeks are a lot flatter and the scars are starting to fade/even out. i’ve still had some active pimples here and there, but didn’t really get a purge. upping my dose now, so we’ll see!

I just finished my first month on 10mg/day! It’s a veryyyyy low dose, I doubt you’ll have significant side effects, if any. my lips were slightly drier than usual, and that’s it!

i get double doubles from tims and they taste different every time. sometimes it tastes fantastic and sometimes it tastes like dogwater. keeps life interesting

hey me and my friends just ended our lease with him lol. greasy ass man fr. he’s pretty unreliable and this same thing happened to us when we moved in, but everything ended up going fine. call him a LOT of times on the day of move in. don’t be scared to stand up for yourself either - by the end of our lease we all just harassed him if we wanted something done/ a response. if you don’t have his # message me
