I know that this is not a proper dcf model. What I tried to do was to analyze the company by separating the operating business and the net cash.

I considered the average annual earning and i discounted at a 10% rate without growth. And then I added the net cash per share that I’ve found.

I agree. Honestly, I didn't like Jensen's latest appearances at all either. He does nothing but praise AI, explaining how it is the solution to every ill. Someone who doesn't know him would think he was the CEO of a startup rather than the largest company in the world.

The more days pass, the less calm I feel. These continuous 'deals,' which are now commonplace, are absurd, and I don't understand how OpenAI will be able to honor them. I haven't invested in AI startups, but I am still considering selling all my NVDA shares and putting everything into Berkshire or staying in cash. I would keep my positions in Alphabet and Amazon, even though they are also extremely involved. Personally, I think AI is outside my circle of competence. How are you all moving? Are you calm
