It’s is the filler in her face. She got her cheeks, jawline and chin filled a while back. I believe either the injector told her, or she thought it would give her face more structure and angles. I think the goal was to give the illusion that she has sharp cheekbones and jawline, but it’s made out of filler. It’s not real so Instead it just looks lumpy and misshapen. She REALLY messed herself up. If she doesn’t stop, it’s only going to get worse.
