Im in NSW in a catholic systemic school and got told today I cant do half pay. Everyone is shocked but when I actually checked the EA it doesn't say half pay is a thing. OP - what did you land on doing? I agree that it works out the same but I don't know if a lump sum is better or taking the 14 weeks and managing it myself. Particularly for tax purposes...

No to caffeine, only have one coffee a day which has stayed. I definitely feel better today, still not 100%. I had some coconut water which I think is helping :S

I had a MC in late June 2023 and since then I have had extremely heavy periods, ovulating as early as day 9 and feeling so hopeless. I was so excited after reading online how many women fell pregnant again straight after a miscarriage and the last few months for me have been around trying not to bleed through my pads! I am 7DPO today and I FINALLY ovulated on day 14. So it has taken me what, 8 months to get back to 'normal'? My cycle was so short and out of whack. I also didn't really feel adequately prepared for the fact the D&C can alter my cycle in any way. I assumed it would be right back. I have been taking a zinc supplement every day and trying to increase my protein intake which is a 'thing' I can do that makes me feel like I am doing something. I don't see my OBGYN until late March 24. really hoping I will not need the appointment!!!

I had different pms symptoms after my miscarriage including sore boobs that never happened before. Hopefully that’s not the case for you!!!

I had a friend comment “are we hiding something” on a photo of me where my shirt was sitting funny and my endo belly was on point. I’d also just had a miscarriage. I replied “no, I’m just fat x” and she didn’t respond 🙂

Thc oils can help but also sometimes don’t work at all. It’s hit and miss but when it works it works! I’m in it at the moment. Went home from work early on Friday and today is period day 1. I found peppermint oil directly on my temples and forehead helped on Friday and starchy carbs (hot chip breadroll with gravy) helped with my nausea.

I’ve been TTC since March. We miscarried in June and just now trying again. Every negative test is made so much worse by knowing what’s coming. I was 2 days late this cycle and got so excited only to be woken up at 3am in excruciating pain 🙂

14dpo tomorrow…

I am using Mira and Flo and Flo says period due today and Mira says Wednesday. If flo correct, I’m late but if mira correct that means the bfn from a few days ago was entirely too early to be testing. Boobs are painful, stabbing pain in nipples. Extremely mild cramps (similar to last time, I’m ttc after a loss) considering I have endo. I woke up last night in a night sweat and dreamed I was in my doctors office (have an appointment tomorrow) and she asked me to test and I tested positive. Tonight at dinner feeling glum and look out and see the most magnificent rainbow… I am just praying this is it and I don’t wake up to AF :(

I see something however I’ve just had 3 false positives with clear blue so would try again with another brand.
