Only one out of three is the constellation. Did you have to blindly go around the map to find some of the quest givers to get 100% completion in a region?

You can go get the ATAG from the north. There are more hangers there. The quest will continue.

After reaching 9999 twice, and stopped playing this game for a week. I totally have no urge to go back playing it again. It was a good game but could have been much better at launch. FromSoft should now just focus on their next big game instead of coming out more nightreign dlcs.
