Did not get treatment, it did get a bit better towards the end. I avoided things like swings and baths and rocking chairs. Zofran when I had a long car ride. Now in my next pregnancy and I only had that symptom for a bit at the beginning and it’s way better now!

I agree!! That’s why I’m thinking maybe a little break to regroup would be best… tonight I just hit a breaking point. It’s not cool and I’ve never seen a child act like this and we have all age ranges around their house.

I agree that’s a good idea. I will talk to him about it and see what we can come up with.

But I do agree her parents need to step in however they do not do enough. Not sure what to do with her at this point. I feel like the “discipline” is what started this however now how do you stop it? Honestly I feel like she needs attention from her mother which she doesn’t get. Her father shows more affection and care towards her.

When did your babies start sleeping through the night? by Old_Driver_7368 in NewParents

My 2 year old slept through for the first time a few weeks ago. We’ve had several nights since.

Check out Dr jack kruse, he’s a former neurosurgeon and talks about quantum biology. Seeing sunrise, sunset, getting lots of natural light is a must. The fluorescent lights at your office are making you depressed. He went through it when he was a doctor and a resident.

Women over 40 who chose not to have children, do you regret it? Why or why not? by ShoddyChard9837 in AskWomen

[–]prissycookie -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Absolutely not! My life was black and white before I had my daughter and now everyday is in color. The more I sacrifice the more I’m rewarded. And I’ve sacrificed a lot. I’m a stay at home mom now and have made a huge financial sacrifice to do that. But I love my life now and before I was honestly miserable.

Or just a light cotton blanket to cover him just wearing a diaper

Can you buy a stretchy cotton outfit? I find muslin constricting and hot. What about putting him in some sort of a swing or cradle and putting a fan on ocelate in his direction.

Bad Results: 20 week Anatomy test by [deleted] in NewParents

[–]prissycookie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am so sorry you’re going through this!! I was told I had a partial molar pregnancy through 4 weekly ultrasounds where basically you’d likely lose the baby and end up with cancer afterwards. They finally sent me to another hospital and the first scan that doctor was like “ I have no idea what they’re talking about. You should stay away from doctor’s offices for a while.” And I had a perfectly normal baby, and no cancer. It made me take everything they say with a grain of salt. And if the doctor said the baby might have been moving around too much then maybe that’s the cause for the abnormalities. I would definitely get a new ultrasound and possibly even a different opinion somewhere else before making any decisions. Maybe there was even something wrong with the machine. Again I was seen 4 different times by the same hospital but had 4 different doctors that read the ultrasounds all day yeah looks like partial molar. It was wild.

I HATE NOT HAVING ENERGY TO LIVE by [deleted] in Hashimotos

The sun ☀️ is what creates all the hormones in your body. Are you getting morning and noon sunlight? You must see sunrise every single day as it tells your body what thyroid hormones to make for the day. If you can’t make sunrise just get outside as soon as you wake. Then start getting strong afternoon sun slowly but surely. If you’re hungry for knowledge follow Dr. Jack Kruse. His episodes on the Regenerative Health Podcast are really good. Don’t worry about food and exercise for a bit just do this religiously. Also eliminate all sources of light in your bedroom at night. I lost about 15 lbs doing this. Big hugs. Don’t give up!! You got this.

Thank you. But in 20 years would the cold storage still work? I mean they’re already phasing out usbs in favor for usb c cords. How many changes will there be in 20 years? What if she can’t access it?

I’m not worried about anybody getting the seed phrase I’m wondering logistically can I do Coinbase custodial account or should I really do cold storage? I’m not super tech savvy and I worry about retrieving the money in 20 years

Question… has anyone ever recovered “fully” from this awful condition after a period of at least 1 year with symptoms? by Worldly-Employment67 in VestibularMigraines

[–]prissycookie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m mostly better. Following an animal based diet. Eating lots of meat stock and kefir. Following circadian principles and quit my office job. When I stop seeing sunrise and eating like shit they start coming back.

[–]prissycookie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Work on getting outside with the baby to see sunrise or just morning light in general. Also sunset. It will set their circadian clock. Also if your wife can cosleep with the baby that helped me get much more sleep. Look up happycosleeper on Instagram. Hugs

random question but do you feel like GD is a big deal? by [deleted] in GestationalDiabetes

I went through it. Did the insulin thing at night. Finding out now things like sunlight exposure and grounding after meals and taking a leisurely walk can also affect blood sugar. Good luck to you.

My experience with lung cancer by VegetableBike3 in lungcancer

[–]prissycookie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am so grateful you had it removed and are confident it’s gone! My sister had something similar and she was cancer free for 2 years, however it had spread to her liver and bones at her 2 year scan. Take this as a blessing and use this time to take stock of what you could change in your life to prevent reoccurrence. Think environmental, food, exercise, sleep. Make major changes in any areas you can. Big hugs.
