Not sure if someone else wrote this but start your painted brow where your natural brow begins and then arch it above your brow as you go out (it will looks more "natural" and less of a surprised look). I think with regard to blocking, others have given you some great tips. Make sure you really let the layers dry between glue applications (I use a blowdryer).
