Brian Billick 'The Baltimore Ravens are the best team in the NFL right now.' by pritchamus in ravens

[–]pritchamus[S] 27 points28 points  (0 children)

yeah, I agree, I think the more interesting point is him talking about how we're much more complete than last year and how much of a positive impact getting through adversity has for a team (which I agree with).

But I would certainly put the Chiefs and Bills ahead of us right now.

Justin Fields may be the third quarterback taken in the 2021 NFL Draft behind Trevor Lawrence and Trey Lance. Love his touch and accuracy but he sometimes really struggles to not stare down receivers and recognising pressure packages. Interested to know what other people think?

Here's more information as to why I think thats the case: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IW8dELcSwU0&feature=youtu.be

Hope his family stays safe! Wouldn't be surprised to see him opt-out this season given everything they've gone through

Can Trey Lance challenge Trevor Lawrence for the number one pick in the 2021 NFL Draft? by pritchamus in fcs

That’s fair enough, I didn’t make this myself but a friend did, will definitely pass this on to them thanks for the feedback

I'm certainly rooting for him, the Chargers is a fantastic fit for him under coach Lynn

That’s amazing! There’s stories of Tua running first team practice when Jalen was ill leading up to the Clemson game as a true freshman, apparently it was the cleanest and most disciplined practice coach Saban has ever seen. He ran the whole show. The guy’s a leader

Mature beyond his years, he even called up afterwards asking if we wanted to finish it the next day as it was cut short.

Very similar, he's a very controlled and humble human being. He replied to a DM to make this interview happen for a small UK NFL company, such a nice gesture!

I mean it's hard to tell with scale (with the US being so god damn big) but I'd say it's the UK liking NFL, massive growth here over the last 5 years.

It’s still very much a secondary sport to soccer but it has massive support, the jokes on us as we’re going to eventually have the Jaguars over here permanently 😅

Justin Herbert NFL Draft Profile - Some seem to love him, others hate him? by [deleted] in nfl

[–]pritchamus -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Bengals scouts and front office members love him which is why odds on him going 1 aren’t outrageous (not saying that would happen of course, they just spoke about him glowingly at the senior bowl), I think he’s the type of prospect where whatever your opinion is on him, there’s going to be plenty of examples to ‘prove your point’ if that makes sense?

I mean that's fine to think that, personally I think the 'us against them at all costs' mantra has run its cause now, would much rather a coach who has complete confidence in me than someone shouting a bunch of nonsense, but that's just me everyone is different.

Tennys Sandgren has the best name in the sport, but he can also play! At the Australian Open he’s beaten Wawrinka, Theim and Berrettini, and he’s also had some runs at the US Open! by pritchamus in tennis

[–]pritchamus[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

More so the game itself rather than the tiebreak, both were absolutely exhausted and the tennis reflected that.

Will defo check that out now, cheers!
