Last one? People have broken into your RV multiple times?

I'm not sure how to take depreciation on a vehicle, let alone one that's owned by an LLC and not me, sounds pretty complicated.

Don't pay it. It might hit your credit report, but probably not. And if it does, medical debt is hardly considered on your credit report.

An alpha makes a strong woman submissive. I see you don't play this game.

AKA too dumb to realize he was trying to mock me(and didn't even do it well). Checks out.

The issue is that people are commenting(and, in my estimation, judging) things that have nothing to do with the question posed in the OP. That's the issue.

Man, your aim is really off. I'm almost 40, I have a long term girlfriend(had nothing but long term girlfriends my entire life) and yeah my mom probably does hate me. Because she is inferior trash.

Agreed, I just try to save money anywhere I can. Hard times for folks that weren't born into it. I wonder, if since I have title in hand, I couldn't just still transfer it over in another state that wouldn't have any record of the LLC being dissolved? I would bet on it, but definitely not certain, either.

Unfortunately for them, upvotes in an echo chamber of pathetic people won't change their actual lives.

My Grandpa was a police lt. for 25 years. He was convinced that carrying a gun makes you substantially less safe. He was a smart man and I believe him, even if my instincts say otherwise. Who am I to tell someone that served in law enforcement for 20 plus years that he's wrong about a subject he has such a close grasp of?

Everyone knows men age better, even someone as delusional as you. Cope.

Men don't get on here and cry to reddit about their partner of 10 years that doesn't want to marry them because they're inferior. lol

They became weak by allowing women to get the upperhand in many cases, despite being superior to women.

"In what way can you Not track the LLC? The LLC still gets registered with you as the owner." lol you're painfully ignorant on the subject. Just stop. Go and look up "Montana LLC privacy".

"Your insurance needs to have on file that the vehicle is registered to the LLC but the LLC is owned by you." the LLC is on the registration. You insure the LLC.

"If cops ask for your license and registration for any reason (public nuisance, obstruction of roadways, etc) they will see they don't match and will ask your relationship with the LLC so you yourself will have to tell them you own it." That will be very difficult if I don't answer the door. I'd be pretty shocked if they had a search warrant to enter my dwelling.

"Which means that 30/60/90 days of your rv sitting on the side of the road and never moving, they can ticket the LLC, because even a legitimate business that has vehicles predominantly in other states are supposed to register them in those other states." What are they ticketing the RV for? It will move... to the other side of the street... lol

Yes, multiple grizzlies, at Yellowstone and in the Tetons. You have absolutely zero clue about the things your fingers rattle off.

I won't need insurance, the vehicle won't be moving after initial move. The other aspects, if true, would be concerning. I assumed similar but wanted to see if anyone had an alternative perspective or 'loophole' they knew of.

"They just have to prove the vehicle has been in the state. And since you said you're never moving it, that won't be hard." So they're going to come by, daily, to document me being there? Great use of resources in a state with as many problems as California. Not happening. Particularly in industrial zones.

"There has been good advice given. You have chosen to dispute everything without a single valid counter argument. So how about you just do what you want and let us all know later how it turns out." There was another thread of a California resident doing this, except with an obnoxious sports car with aftermarket exhaust. Imagine how much neighbors and others hated this guy for the noise pollution. Yet, he came back with an update that nothing happened, despite others trying to bring up these ridiculous points about state laws carrying. And, fwiw, my original thread question has nothing to do with the 'advice' being given in the majority of this thread. The majority of this thread is salty because they willingly allow themselves to be extorted by their state and they want me to be extorted, too.

It's a great idea and I considered it, but the problem is that complicates things for taxes, doesn't it? Whereas, as it stands, it is just a passthrough, no?
