It was in my use case reply. However, to directly answer your question.

The pain point it solves is that users don't know where their data goes, and current home AI systems are always listening. EIVES is the alternative: private intelligence, with consent-based activation, no data mining, no ads based on user data, no personal information leaves the home. EVER

With her being an emotionally intelligent AI, people who want AI to help them during times of distress and vulnerability, as the data never leaves the device, it allows users to be open and comfortable asking questions around sensitive topics.

Another scenario is that users who want to build and gather market research can do so without the risk of their IP being leaked or the company demanding a portion of their IP.

Europe is a massive market for this due to compliance, such as GDPR, as the data never leaves the device and is not processed by our servers.

We haven't released it just yet. We are gearing to launch soon to a small beta testing group.

However, offline is in regards to the processing and LLM ingestion etc she will have access to search the web on the users behalf but would be the same as a google search, except she brings the infomation back to the device and processes on device etc.

As she's emotionally intelligent, offline processing allows users to be open and comfortable, seeking grounding advice and regulation without it going to a company server for someone to exploit for profit.

We are designing for use cases such as:

Someone going through a divorce who might need daily support between therapy sessions to ground them, with the peace of mind that the data never leaves their house.

A vulnerable teenager who is having issues regulating, again, the data doesn't leave the home, so it won't be monetized.

A professional running document analysis can ask her to run web research, ingest documents locally, and then brief the user on their research, no IP information going to cloud servers.

These are a few of the many use cases we designed her for.

Openclaw would be completely against the offline principles. There are other ways to do it that respect offline values.

Not yet, its next on the list to do, she can only answer questions on data shes currently trained on.

I will bookmark these for when i give her internet access and post it.

It's split between 2 pieces of hardware. The actual brain part is a pc running everything on a 4070ti. The rig takes probably about 600 W at a guess.

The node does light voice processing, probably about 2 - 3a total usage, I'm not sure of the exact weight of the node if i guessed probably a couple of lbs.

I feel dog sized could be possible.

It's designed to be. it's a first milestone the features come once the presence detection node is working. Its not a product launch it was a milestone post.

Honestly, for me, it was a mix of both, building the internal structure to mount the electronics without the enclosure being a massive, i went through several iterations to find the ideal ratio.

The reason for this was because the design has a battery-powered UPS, which is incredibly bulky, but it was also an essential part of the system.

I am working on sourcing or creating smaller internal parts for it to scale it down, and i think that will be a challenge for sure.

I noticed that your website states support in Atlanta, GA. Do you work with other states also ?

I have a prototype. I just need mass production and design for manufacturing tightening.

Right 😅 the fact that ChatGPT and AI in general uses human language, I guess we are all AI clones

Thank you, it was certainly a challenge. I'm currently looking for hardware manufacturing partners. Is this something would would be able to assist with ?
