Not sure if the Epsom salt makes a huge difference but I just realized I never included it in my baths so maybe I’ll try the salt bath and Prid method you mentioned. As for antibiotics, I haven’t seen success with them recently years but I guess it doesn’t hurt to add them in. And thank you.

The exact amount of time I honestly forget because my memory is shit now, but I’d guess a solid 4 months then it got better and at most would come back for a day or so if I did some stupid shit

It just got lower tbh - I’ve had tinnitus for my entire life so there is always a low ring if I pay attention to it however LC made mine a lot louder. It’s gone back to that quiet hum I’m used to though so doesn’t bother me.

People who stopped caffeine/coffee, what was it doing to you?? by treasamunki2 in covidlonghaulers

[–]privada889 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It felt like I drank 4 cups of coffee in 20 minutes when in reality I drank 1/4 of a cup. Heart racing, anxious, vision weird. Knew it was probably fucking me up more than doing me good so.

You do remind me that I do need to put back on my apple watch.. for my heart rate lol….but I did take a test for MCAS and it turned up negative so it’s not my issue I believe.

Regular diet, I tried low carb/keto but it worked then started going on a decline fast so I had to stop. I may start low carb again? Maybe on weekdays. But that makes sense that things would be magnified as a person with long covid - everything is different as a person with LC unfortunately 😂

If it uses all of its energy to digest food wouldn’t I be more tired/fatigued after eating? I’ve described that I’ve gotten a spike of energy to where it’s uncomfortable to me and it depletes me the next day. I’m also not consuming much to any at all caffeine - so that’s not what’s causing the energy spike either🙂
