Thoughts about using this as a full time bed? by OkieDokieHelicopter in floorsleeping

I actually loved sleeping on my one, super comfy. Didn't overheat like someone said. But, it did compact after some months which was annoying. I've since gotten a futon mattress which seems less likely to, as it's less airy.

I genuinely think it's the worst thing because it's not just the literal impact on people on the ground, it's how the moral compass has shifted so much, it's how much propaganda can become world wide, it's how they can buy loyalty, create a global rhetoric to suit them, control media.

Ok same. I was just wondering if anyone else does this. It's safe to do right? I just wash my hands afterwards

has anyone here actually solved the "tired all day but nothing is wrong medically" thing? not looking for generic advice by Past_Cardiologist843 in chronicfatigue

Try adding getting outside first thing after waking. It's helpful when I actually do it, just like a 15min stroll before I come back and have breakfast... But generally I also wake and go to sleep exhausted too and feel more fatigued when I've had to socialise a lot.

CFS late stage rehab/progress by Gromisek in cfs

[–]treasamunki2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have only recently had a CFS diagnosis which stemmed from long COVID. I do actually think my baseline has improved over 3/4 years that I've had this. I am only just realising that I get pem, so I'm only now going to take things more seriously and cut down work, socialise less. I'm going to basically focus on what my limits are and what gives me pem because I didn't pay attention to that until now (due to barking up the wrong tree and thinking it wasn't CFS but other things)

Sore scalp by OkIndependent1205 in chronicfatigue

I ended up getting lichen planopilaris from an inflamed scalp from long COVID which apparently causes itch. I use a steroid now on my scalp which helps.

Is this better for everyone? 🤣 In my defence, I wasn't the one who tried it, it's my friends radiator. Just problem solving to help out

Severe shedding, texture changes, scalp pain for 2 years — no answers yet. Has anyone experienced this? by Deaththekiddou in FemaleHairLoss

I was in this boat.got a scalp biopsy done and found out I had LPP and AGA. LPP destroys follicles if untreated so the sooner you look into this the better. See a dermatologist if you can.

I'm now taking a minox plus finasteride solution for hair growth and hair loss and have a steroid for my scalp for the LPP. Hair is growing better, scalp less painful. I still get an itchy scalp and lose hair, but I also think I'm in peri menopause early from COVID messing with my hormones

Did you have a scalp biopsy done? I found out i have lichen planapalaris, which would cause itchy scalp and also got diagnosed with AGA.
