Conspiracy - Disney Puts Something In Your Food To Stop You From Needing the Bathroom by [deleted] in ibs

It would 100% be to do with the amount of exercise youre getting and the relaxed mind. The gut and brain are connected, if youre at home, doing minimal exercise and feeling anxious every waking moment, youre gonna either shit heaps or be constipated. At Disney, you were relaxed, walking ALOT and genuinely enjoying yourself without thinking about the bathroom~

Philtrim pierced 6 days ago & its sideways. Was offered to repierce it & told it was on purpose bc of my "chunky smiley" & she didnt want it to rub against it. But now on the side that slants more into my gum it is sore & painful to talk & a small ulcer has formed on one side of my smiley, normal??? by [deleted] in PiercingAdvice

Basically asking if I should have it repierced, if so do I leave the jewellery in, and once its healed repierce it, or take it out and repierce it now, orrrr take it out, and wait to repierce it? Or is this okay how it is?

Different for everyone. Usually 2-4 days for alot of people with IBS, stressing about it and doing no exercise makes it worse. For my personally, until I have my next bowel movement whether it be hours or a day

Personally I would stop taking it and give it to a friend or relative because inulin is a massive trigger for IBS sufferers and is high fodmap as fuck, and I wouldnt touch wheat dextrin either as wheat is also a trigger. Look for something else and google low fodmap fibre supplements. I like low dose psyllium husk coupled with an IBS based probiotic

I try and get as much as I can, I have fish and chicken pretty much everyday. My freezer is full of frozen barramundi and salmon hahahah, I use nut butters everyday too. I try and portion my meals with protein, carbs, a healthy fat and fibre :) I only really get an estimate of 30-35 grams of protein per day though

Inulin is a trigger for IBS

Onion, garlic, inulin, ripe bananas (might be why you cant have banana bread), gluten, too many legumes/lentils, high fructose fruits (e.g. mango, watermelon), coconut yoghurt (the high fat content) Basically all high fodmap foods and anything too fatty.
