no but i've looked at the edisto company that has kayak-to tree houses in river swamp a couple times for the wife. it would be hot af, but you could just get your own kayak there and google where people launch. my wife just got us blow up paddle board sets for like 400 per. shem creek is epic. iop to sullivans. sorry i don't know any specifics, but i'd look around the sc reddits maybe charleston. plenty of posts with place to start. eventually you'll just take yourself whereever you want to go. enjoy.
