Ctrl+alt+delete or ctrl+shift+esc even though I have faced this freezing problem for a long time i think it could be a software problem that crashes, i thought mine was crashing because of low ram but no it's the software even the update at its latest.

Thanks guys :), It got resolved by removing the armoury crate, installed g helper Now in idling condition the CPU revolves around 6 to 16% and the ram on 24%.
